This course is designed to help PhD students develop necessary knowledge and skills regarding advanced human resource management (HRM) research.

課程目標 Objectives

         I hope to teach students various important topics in micro/macro/strategic HRM research so that the PhD students can write up papers about HRM topics and submit them to academic journals. In addition, we also teach the skills regarding how to write an academic paper.

授課方式 Teaching methods

         The teaching methods of this course include: lecture about the main topics of each research method, interactive discussions, individual presentation about academic papers, invited talk and group projects.
