1. Theory and practices regarding recruiting and selection
2. Theory and practices regarding talent training and development
3. Theory and practices regarding compensation and benefits
4. Theory and practices regarding performance management
5. Other emerging issues in HR practices
6. Case studies of HR problems/solutions.


課程目標 Objectives

         The purposes of this source include: (1) introducing the theory and practices of important HR functions; (2) showing that how HR functions can collectively help companies to achieve strategical goals and enhance the competitiveness; (3) teaching students how to use these knowledge and skills to set up HR practices and solve HR-related problems


授課方式 Teaching methods

         The course will be divided into five major functions. In each function, the instructor will firstly introduce the theoretical foundation and common practices of each HR function. Then the instructor will invite several distinguished HR managers/practitioners to share their valuable HR experience.
