課程目標 Objectives |
|
將提供全時段企業實習讓學生更早體驗職場環境,畢業之後學生可以立即進入台新銀行服務,藉以達到無縫接軌,降低企業和學生雙方的媒合時間,並可縮短理論與實務操作的落差。 This course provide the students internship program to experience the workplace environment before they graduate. After they graduate, they can immediately work at the Taishin Bank.

金融創新產業碩士專班學生之實習成績由實習機構及授課教師分別評定,其中實習機構評定分數占總分之 60 %,教師評定分數占總分之40 %,合計為 100 分。 一、實習機構評定分數占實習總成績之 60%(請參考「學生校外實習考核表」),其評量事項 包括: (1)出勤狀況。 (2)實習態度。 (3)實習專業及成效。 二、授課教師評定分數占實習總成績之 40%。實習完畢後,實習學生應繳交實習報告,並參與實習座談會,分享實習工作經驗。 The grade of internship is graded - from both Taishin Bank and the course teacher. 1. Grade from Taishin Bank 60% (1) Participation (2) Attitude (3)Professional ability and Effectiveness 2.Grade from Teacher 40% Students need to present the internship report and share the experience during intern after intern program. 本週上課將採 Google Meet 進行同步遠距課程,已選課學生請於以下連結進入: https://meet.google.com/rtn-kkvr-nti 進入會議室,統一名稱為:科系+年級+學號+姓名。 非選課學生擬旁聽者,請於前述連結登入,並於留言區留下科系+年級+學號+姓名,以做為異常處理之參考。
