課程目標 Objectives |
|
1. Establish the basic concept of corporate finance. 2. Introduce the basic ideas on the time value of money and cover more advanced time value topics with numerous examples. 3. Discuss interest rate, bond valuation, and stock valuation. 4. Understand investment criteria, project cash flow definitions, and scenario and sensitivity "what-if" analysis. 5. Discuss returns, risk, market efficiency, equity risk premium, diversification, and the security market line.
