課程大綱 Course syllabus

領導者在創建一個新組織時,必定有其個人偏好的理念、目標、及手段,並會嘗試將之運用在整個組織中;隨著組織成功運作經驗的累積,組織成員也逐步適應領導者的理念,這時該組織之文化也漸漸形成。不過隨著時間的增長,組織的外在環境也可能會產生改變,使得組織原本的成功運作方式不一定能再繼續適用,此時組織將會面臨是否願意改變組織原本運作方式的窘境。
由於整個組織與員工多已習慣且偏好原有方式,因而現有的組織文化是支持原有的成功方式;但新環境的挑戰卻是需要組織採用與原有方式有差異甚至完全違背的方式,亦即要組織與成員重新適應新的運作方式,這對組織與成員而言都是極大的衝擊,亦會讓許多員工認為組織背離了他們。不過隨著當前市場競爭的加劇與外在環境的迅速變動,現代的企業必須經常進行對環境的調適;而隨著組織的擴張或精簡,企業也必須經常進行內部結構與文化的重行整合。
With the intensification of the current market competition and the rapid changes in the external environment, modern enterprises must constantly adjust to the environment; and with the expansion or streamlining of organizations, enterprises must also frequently re-integrate their internal structure and culture.

課程目標 Objectives

         本課程是針對組織研究中有關組織文化與組織變革的議題進行進一步的探討,另外也加入組織學習的相關議題,目的即是針對目前企業組織最常遇到的變革管理議題,講授相關的理論與實務,並藉由學員撰寫實際個案的方式,讓學員對變革管理能有進一步的瞭解,並激發學員重新思索對自己企業的變革管理。
This course discusses the topics related to organizational culture, organizational change, organizational learning, and learning organization. Students have to conduct a change program on themselves, so they can have a further understanding of change management. It can inspire students to rethink the change management of their own enterprises.
