課程目標 Objectives |
|
本課程的⽬的在透過實際的資料案例,引導同學們活⽤所學過的各種分析⽅法,並結合各項分析的結果來進⾏策略規劃。本課程也將與銀行合作,讓同學們進入實際的銀行情境,練習在實際的商業情境之下、靈活運⽤探索性、診斷性和預測性的分析⽅法,配合模擬與優化⼯具來判斷局勢、預測情境、模擬狀況、溝通策略和規劃對策。 This cousre aims to apply action learning approach for analytics based on real bank cases. The analysis results will be subsequently used to devise strategies. Students will be placed in real context and exercise various analytics methods, such as exploring, diagnosis, and predictive analytics. The result will be coupled with simulations and optimization techniques for strategic planning.
