課程大綱 Course syllabus

Based on the instruction of the instructor, the students have to write up a full academic research paper and submit it to the international conference in the end of the semester. So the students have to finish the data collection in advance and present the initial findings in the first two weeks in this course (students who did not have available data to write up the paper are not allowed to take this course).

課程目標 Objectives

After taking this course, the students should be able to conduct a high-quality research based on solid research design, and write up a publishable paper based on the writing skills learned in this course.

The students have to present their initial empirical findings or draft of the paper. Then the instructor will teach the students how to revise or write up each section of a research paper. The instructor also provides constructive comments and developmental feedback to help the students further develop their manuscript. Finally, the students are required to submit their paper to the 2021 Annual meeting of Academy of Management (AOM).
