課程目標 Objectives

The purposes of this source include: (1) introducing the theory and practices of important HR functions in high-technology firms; (2) showing that how HR functions can collectively help the high-technology firms to achieve strategical goals and enhance the competitiveness; (3) teaching students how to use these knowledge and skills to help high-technology firms set up HR practices and solve HR-related problems

The course will be divided into five major functions. In each function, the instructor will firstly introduce the theoretical foundation and common practices in high-technology firms. Then the instructor will invite several distinguished HR managers/practitioners to share their valuable HR experience.
