課程目標 Objectives |
|
本課程的目標如下: (1)培養EMBA學生在一般管理課程所沒有教的領導與管理能力,而這些能力才是企業現實中領導者的決勝要素。 (2)學習先勝的能力 (3)涵養領導的哲學素養 (4)學習提升執行力的方法 (5)提升構思策略的能力 (6)培養溝通、危機管理、談判等能力 (7)培養終身學習的能力 The objectives of this course include: (1)To edify the capabilities a leader should have but tend to neglect (2)To edify the pre-emptive win capabilities (3)To edify the classic Chinese philosophy of leadership (4)To edify the capabilities of execution (5)To edify the capabilities of crafting strategies (6)To edify the capabilities of communication, crisis management, and negotiation (7)To edify the interest and capabilities of life-long self-learning
