課程目標 Objectives

         幫助同學瞭解環境與公共決策的倫理原則與公共衝突案例,培養學生週延思考和與各方利害關係人的對話、溝通能力。
(a) To help students understand the ethical principles involved in public decisions and public conflicts; (b) To enhance students' ability in critical thinking and communication with various stakeholders.
