課程大綱 Course syllabus

(1)Understanding the system design theory, models, principles, languages, methods, and tools of system development.
(2)Use our understanding of system development knowledge to rethink our conceptions of system development, and to develop an effective and solid perspective.



課程目標 Objectives

         (1)System Design Theory
(2)System Development Model and
(3)MDA approach with OOT, UML and Case Tool
(4)SOA & CBSD (Component-based Software Development)




授課方式 Teaching methods

         (1)Lectures, student presentations and class discussion.
(2)Project presentation-You are expected to read the assigned material (or topic), prepare a handout and make a presentation based on your study. The presentation will be a 15 minute description of your reading. The handout will be 30 pages in length describing your reading. Please
follow the format of the Sun Yat-Sen Review to prepare your report.
(3)System project-You will participate in a team that develops and demonstrates an information system in an applied area of your choosing. This “development” consists of requirement modeling, systems analysis and design, and implementation. You will make several presentations and system demonstration during the system development process. Due dates for submitting SA&D documents, PowerPoint, and prototype will be announced in class.
Note:At the end of semester, the entire report for each team will be submitted on a CD accompanied by one hard copy.
