課程大綱 Course syllabus

The goal of this course is for students to understand, analyze, interpret, and present the research in political science using a series of psychometric methods.

課程目標 Objectives

- Understand data and measurement theory and its applications to political science researches
- Understand cognitive psychology of belief systems in politics
- Understand ideal point estimation and dimensional analysis techniques in modern political science researches
- Learn and practice various psychometric applications of political science researches through R computational program
