This course is designed to help students understand the planning, implementation, and management of Human Resource Development (HRD)。The course content will proceed to include three main HRD domains: foundations of HRD, framework for HRD, and applications for HRD, with the goal of helping students apply it in the future workplace and become HRD professionals.








課程目標 Objectives

         Upon completion of the course, students will:
- Understand the fundamentals of Human Resource Development (HRD);
- Learn how to design, develop, implement, and evaluate HRD programs;
- Gain a better understanding of other HRD-related issues.








授課方式 Teaching methods

         1. Lecture;
2. Reading scholarly journal articles.
以教師講授為主, 並搭配期刊文獻閱讀與討論。
