課程目標 Objectives |
|
The purposes of this course include: (1) understanding the rationales and processes for HR analytics in selection, training, and performance management; (2) introducing several useful research designs and statistical tools for HR analytics; (3) knowing how to interpret the statistical results correctly and propose insightful and useful suggestions for HR decisions. 本課程的目的是讓學生能了解人力資源數據分析的原理與執行流程,包含收集資料的方式以及多種分析工具介紹,以及如何解讀數據分析之結果,並進一步與企業人力資本運用策略及組織發展方向進行結合。

Including lecture, case discussions, practices in data collection and analyses, experts' speeches, and conduct final HR analytic reports in the real companies. 以講師講授、搭配個案討論、實際演練、以及邀請具有實際人力資源資訊分析的專業經理人到校分享,以強化同學在人力資源數據分析上的學理與實務基礎。
