The main goals of this course are to develop necessary KSAs in human resource management for students to be successful in summer interns.
為了讓學生於暑假時到企業實地執行專案實習,藉此歷練企業人力資源管理實務、並以人力資源管理專業及人力資源研究方法為基礎,為企業進行診斷,故開設此一課程,以強化學生專案研究之相關知識與技能。



課程目標 Objectives

         The teaching purposes include: (1) helping students to get well prepared for the summer interns; (2) developing necessary KSAs in HRM and project management; (3) learning valuable experiences from the sharing of seniors or HR experts.
1.透過專案事前準備,達到更紮實的理論奠定:
累積平日課程上的學習,透過專案事前準備,幫助學生整合所學以進行專案規劃,同時有老師與業師輔助,這樣的過程使學生在有清楚目標與動力的狀態下奠定紮實的理論基礎。
2.於專案期間,建立理論與實務上的連結:
在奠定理論基礎後,於專案期間接受實務的磨練及挑戰,在想法與執行的激盪間建立起理論與實務的連結,加深對理論的概念、亦培養操作實務的能力。
3.透過與企業的合作,更加了解人管實務運作與最新趨勢:
在專案期間,針對業界趨勢的變化能有深入體會,在其中學生亦能夠重新調整自己的學習歷程。同時,了解理論與實務之間的落差後,幫助學生重新擬定邁向人管專業的新目標。
4.搭起業界與學界的合作橋樑:
一方面加強業界對最新人管研究的了解、一方面擴充研究領域的實務案例。透過這樣的合作開啟了未來多元的學習規劃。


授課方式 Teaching methods

         The teaching methods include: (1) the speech from invited HR experts; (2) experience sharing from seniors; (3) instructor's lecture regarding necessary information for successful summer interns.
實地指導學生至企業進行320小時之專案診斷,並協助學生完成研究報告
