The specific learning objectives include the following: 1) Explore the methodological issues in managerial research 2) Understand scientific research and casual inference 3) Define a research problem and develop testable hypotheses 4) Critique current managerial research in terms of reliability, validity, strengths and weaknesses. 5) Design your own research
