課程大綱 Course syllabus

This course is interdisciplinary and will cover the theories and practices of microeconomics. We will integrate the knowledge and practices including demand and supply, consumer choice theory, the theory of production, and the various competitive models. The game theory will be introduced as well. Students successfully completing this course will be familiar with the current practices of microeconomics and have the capability to conduct empirical research.


課程目標 Objectives

         This course will introduce the basic concepts of microeconomics via the example of real world. Students will learn to apply the framework of microeconomics to understand how the world works. This course will enable students to analysis how the decisions of the daily life been made. Lastly, students will be trained to improve their logic to know if the decision has been appropriately made.
