限金融創新產業碩士專班學生修課，寒假期間實習內容的規劃，學生有充分的時間觀察及思考自己畢業後的發展方向，也可以從中發掘自己所缺少的能力，利用在學期間補強，達到實質上的產學交流，有助於提升就業前的競爭力。
Exclusive for Industrial Technology Graduate Program in Financial Innovation. Students have sufficient time to perceive and find the direction in the future during winter internship program. They can also know what ability they lack of , improve the ability during the semester, and achieve the communication in industrial education that can improve their capability before graduated.

課程目標 Objectives
　　　　　　　　 將提供全時段企業實習讓學生更早體驗職場環境，畢業之後學生可以立即進入台新銀行服務，藉以達到無縫接軌，降低企業和學生雙方的媒合時間，並可縮短理論與實務操作的落差。
This course provide the students internship program to experience the workplace environment before they graduate. After they graduate, they can immediately work at the Taishin Bank.

授課方式 Teaching methods
　　　　　　　　 金融創新產業碩士專班學生之實習成績由實習機構及授課教師分別評定，其中實習機構評定分數占總分之 60 ％，教師評定分數占總分之40 ％，合計為 100 分。
一、實習機構評定分數占實習總成績之 60％(請參考「學生校外實習考核表」)，其評量事項 包括：
(1)出勤狀況。
(2)實習態度。
(3)實習專業及成效。
二、授課教師評定分數占實習總成績之 40％。實習完畢後，實習學生應繳交實習報告，並參與實習座談會，分享實習工作經驗。
The grade of internship is graded - from both Taishin Bank and the course teacher.
1. Grade from Taishin Bank 60%
(1) Participation
(2) Attitude
(3) Professional ability and Effectiveness
2. Grade from Teacher 40%
Students need to present the internship report and share the experience during intern after intern program.
