實作類課程，經評估無法採遠距課程教學，後續復課後密集補課

課程目標 Objectives
　　　　　　　　 了解金融市場的運作，金融機構的功能與資本市場金融工具的評價，俾便公司可以向資本市場籌募資金，投資人可以投資資本市場金融工具。To facilitate the understanding of financial markets including the functions of financial institutions and valuation of financial assets so that firms can raise capitals from the financial markets and investors can invest in the financial assets efficiently.
