課程大綱 Course syllabus

1.藉由觀念性的文獻來介紹質性研究概念，依照課程的四大主題，依序建構學生統整性的理論概念與基礎。
2.透過實證性文獻的研讀與討論，讓學生可以進行文獻的觀察與比較，依此提供範本讓學生進行臨摹，進而理解在各個取徑下進行研究的步驟。
3.經由課程中的實作演練，讓學生從管理案例中提取質性資料，練習如何採行這四種研究取徑，包含了資料蒐集、分析與詮釋再現的實際操作。

課程目標 Objectives

1.以知名學術期刊論文為例，探討研究過程與撰寫格式。
2.訓練學生多面向的觀察力與敏銳的思維邏輯。

授課方式 Teaching methods

課授與討論
1.文獻導讀與共同討論 (1.5 Hr)---老師對每週指定文獻進行導讀，介紹主要的概念與研究進行的方式並補充相關的理論。修課博士生與老師進行指定文獻的研討。
2.管理實務反思(1.5Hr)--- 修課博士生結合文獻與管理實務，進行反思與分享。
3.課後心得報告---每週課後繳交研討心得。(300-800字)
4.田野實作與報告撰寫。
5.期末報告---以各自的研究主題出發，採用敘說探究方法進行小型的研究計畫提案。

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference

1.個人平日作業：30%
2.課堂互動參與：20%
3.小組期末實作報告：50%
