課程目標 Objectives |
|
Management is both an art and a science. After finishing this course, participants are expected to: 1. Possess a systematic view and working knowledge of what management is; 2. Understand the relevance and applicability of management to their daily life; 3. Capture the "core" of various management concepts; 4. Know more about real business world and business cases 5. Apply these concepts to interpret and analyze real-world phenomena/problems and to resolve the hands-on issues surrounding them.

This course will center on issue/case discussions and lectures, but will include self-reflections, exercises, activities, and videos as well. Participants’ active engagements are highly encouraged and expected.
