課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程旨在認識數位革命時代下中國政治制度與大眾傳播媒體的複雜關係及其演變。介紹當代中國威權政治體制中的宣傳、思想工作、意識型態控制、與統一戰線工作的制度沿革與相關法規，由多個面向討論並熟悉政治傳播學關於政府與媒體關係的經典文獻，並將研討重點置於網路時代的中國政府與媒體互動過程，包含中國政府對傳統媒體、電子媒體、與網路媒體的管治及運用策略，討論中國政府與互聯網產業（包括電子政府與電子商務）的關係，以及互聯網產業蓬勃發展對於中共體制正當性與社會控制的作用，並以資料科學的技術獲取並分析中國互聯網中的政治文本內容。

課程目標 Objectives

使修課學生能具備以下人文與社會科學素養：
1.熟悉數位網絡時代下中國政治傳播的重要研究議題。
2.熟悉中國威權體制在網際網路上的主要施政作為：宣傳，網管，情蒐，政府服務（e-government），促進消費經濟（e-commerce）。
3.能夠使用大數據進行網絡資料搜集、探勘、儲存、及檢索的能力。
4.具備持續自主學習新型數位工具與處理巨量資料的能力。

講授與討論（50%），實作（50%）
