課程大綱 Course syllabus

This course will introduce the meaning of and the differences between Human Resource Development (HRD) needs assessment and HRD effectiveness evaluation, with the goal of helping students understand how to assess needs and evaluate effectiveness for HRD programs. The course content will proceed to cover some crucial issues, including organizational analysis, task analysis, and person analysis in HRD needs assessment, as well as the Kirkpatrick four-level model and the ROI model on evaluating HRD effectiveness.

課程目標 Objectives

Upon completion of the course, students will:
- Gain a better understanding of the systematic HRD process model;
- Learn how to assess HRD needs;
- Learn how to evaluate HRD effectiveness.
