課程目標 Objectives

         一方面增進修習者對報償管理的瞭解與掌握,一方面協助修習者思索未來進行研究或碩士論文的可能方向
1. To enhance the learners' understanding and mastery of compensation management
2. To help the learners think about the possible directions for future research or master's thesis
