隨著典範轉移觀點的提出,目前有關組織的研究,已不再像以往僅獨尊理性或實徵主義的典範,而開始接受並關注不同的典範。本課程是針對關組織文化中不同典範的議題進行探討,首先針對組織研究中的典範轉移進行探討,之後則針對不同典範的組織文化研究與觀點進行了解。
This course discusses issues related to different paradigms in organizational culture. The major issue is the paradigm change in organizational research, and then rest issues are about different paradigm of organizational culture research and viewpoints.

課程目標 Objectives

         一方面協助修習者熟悉與掌握這方面的相關議題,一方面協助修習者思考論文的可能方向。
The purpose of this course is make students have a better understanding of organizational culture, and motivate the students to rethink the organizational culture of their own organization.
