課程目標 Objectives

         本課程將組織行為與管理心理學定位成關連性的課程,其中組織行為以理論的教導為主,而管理心理學則選定幾項主題,改採活動、閱讀實務書籍等方式進行。
This course sees Organizational Behavior and Managerial Psychology as a related curriculum, in which Organizational Behavior is based on theoretical teaching, while Managerial Psychology selects several themes, and adopts activities such as playing practical activities and reading practical books.
