本課程以啟發和涵養EMBA學生的領導能力為宗旨,以《孫子兵法》和《道德經》為主要內容,介紹領導、策略構思、和贏的哲學,以及在溝通,危機管理,和談判。
This course focuses on enhancing students' leadership capabilities, including strategy crafting, pre-emptive win philosophy and knowledge, communication principles, crisis management, and negotiation, by studying the classical Chinese philosophy drawn from 《The art of war, by Sun-Zi 》and 《Tao Teh Jing, by Lao-Zi》.




課程目標 Objectives

         本課程的目標如下:
(1)培養EMBA學生在一般管理課程所沒有教的領導與管理能力,而這些能力才是企業現實中領導者的決勝要素。
(2)學習先勝的能力
(3)涵養領導的哲學素養
(4)學習提升執行力的方法
(5)提升構思策略的能力
(6)培養溝通、危機管理、談判等能力
(7)培養終身學習的能力
The objectives of this course include:
(1)To edify the capabilities a leader should have but tend to neglect
(2)To edify the pre-emptive win capabilities
(3)To edify the classic Chinese philosophy of leadership
(4)To edify the capabilities of execution
(5)To edify the capabilities of crafting strategies
(6)To edify the capabilities of communication, crisis management, and negotiation
(7)To edify the interest and capabilities of life-long self-learning
