課程目標 Objectives |
|
This course helps students to understand and analyze various ethical issues, social responsibilities, and daily decision-making of corporate leaders. Some common corporate leaders’responsibilities including economy, legal and ethics. Analysis tools will also be introduced in this course. 本課程讓修課學生瞭解與分析企業領導者所面對的各種倫理議題,並知道如何善盡其社會責任,落實到其日常的決策過程之中。企業領導者所負擔的責任雖然隨情境而異,但大致可分為三個範疇:經濟、法律、與倫理,常須一併考慮而使問題複雜化,必須發揮企業家精神,本課程旨在介紹一些適宜的思考與分析工具,使決策者在模糊的、高度壓力以及快速變遷的情況下,能確保企業的長遠利益,並能善盡企業社會責任
