非同步遠距【課堂錄影或錄製數位教材放置網路供學生可非同時進行線上學習,得採EverCam、PPT簡報錄影、錄音方式進行】
實作類課程,經評估無法採遠距課程教學,後續復課後密集補課

課程大綱 Course syllabus

地方創生以解決區域發展議題為主要目的,希望能夠提升鄉村人口成長,建立長期發展產業模式,創造就業機會讓年輕人回流偏鄉地方,進而支持地方能自給發展。本課程鼓勵修課學生認識地方特色及並發揮創意,共同尋找地方產業發展新契機。
This is a regional revitalization issues discussion course, including principles of regional revitalization, local industry development, and self-sustained economy, and place management. Students are requested to read assigned materials before attending the class, and contribute during the class discussions.



課程目標 Objectives

         本次課程研討主題為「地方創生與區域治理」。台灣偏鄉地區面臨人口老化、產業沒落或文化流失問題,因此,推動地方創生便成為重要的思考方向。尤其在地區營造過程中,首要發掘公共事務議題,進而尋求地方創生與區域治理間的最佳平衡點。
The primary learning objectives of this course is to better understand the advanced regional revitalization /governance practices. The potentials of sustainable development techniques corresponding to SDGs will be discussed.
