量化研究法是目前管理領域的碩士生常用的研究方法,因此本課程將重心放在三種常用於論文中的研究方法與統計分析方法。本課程將主要著重在下列三個主題
1. 實驗設計 2. 線性迴歸模型 3. 結構方程模式(SEM)
This course focuses on three types of quantitative analysis method. That is, 1)Experiment design; 2)Linear regression; 3)Structural equation modeling. All students can learn the when and how to use these methods in a research.



課程目標 Objectives

         利用講授與實作併行的方式,讓同學能夠學習並利用本課程所教授的量化分析方法,以助其碩士論文的進行。
All students could learn the details and skills of performing a quantitative study.
