組織公正(organizational justice)的研究主要源自於公正(justice; fairness)的研究,在華語中對justice或fairness尚可譯成公平、正義等。不論古今中外,人們多是群居生活的,而群居人們會面臨的最主要問題之一就是彼此間在互動時往還與資源上的分配,而互動往還與分配資源要如何進行才會讓當事人們感覺到是公正的,並進而願意延續彼此間的關聯,就成為維繫團體成員間互動極為重要的一環。


課程目標 Objectives

         了解並掌握組織公正的相關議題,包括:為何需要公正?何謂組織公正?組織公正的前因、後果、及中介與調節的效果。
