課程大綱 Course syllabus

The main goals of this course are to introduce the theoretical backgrounds as well as useful statistical tools for HR analytics. We also introduce several successful Taiwanese and foreign cases in HR analytics and invite experts in HR analytics to share their experience with the students. By doing so, we hope to build students' KSAs in HR analytics.
本課程中將介紹人力資源數據分析之學術理論與最新研究發展方向,以及國內外相關個案運用實例,同時也將邀請多位業界專家與學生分享目前臺灣人力資源管理實務上所採用的方式及所面臨的挑戰,期望讓學生能具備專業的資料分析與處理能力。


課程目標 Objectives

         The purposes of this course include: (1) understanding the rationales and processes for HR analytics in selection, training, and performance management; (2) introducing several useful research designs and statistical tools for HR analytics; (3) knowing how to interpret the statistical results correctly and propose insightful and useful suggestions for HR decisions.
本課程的目的是讓學生能了解人力資源數據分析的原理與執行流程,包含收集資料的方式以及多種分析工具介紹,以及如何解讀數據分析之結果,並進一步與企業人力資本運用策略及組織發展方向進行結合。


授課方式 Teaching methods

         Including lecture, case discussions, practices in data collection and analyses, experts' speeches, and conduct final HR analytic reports in the real companies.
以講師講授、搭配個案討論、實際演練、以及邀請具有實際人力資源資訊分析的專業經理人到校分享,以強化同學在人力資源數據分析上的學理與實務基礎。
