課程目標 Objectives |
|
此課程的教學的目標是,通過《商務英語》這門課程使EMBA學員獲得理性商務溝通的概念和方法。實現以上的目標,學生須掌握以下概念和方法,並在工作進一步實踐體悟。 1. 管理溝通戰略:把握住這個概念,學員們可以知道如何確立溝通目標、建立可信度,如何分析溝通物件,等等。 2. 溝通方法:掌握此方法,學員可以通過書面展示,或口頭展示,或兩種展示兼而有之的途徑實現理想的溝通戰略。 3. 公司溝通:公司溝通是管理溝通的職能。溝通理念不但可以促成有效的公司外部溝通,如形象與身份、公司廣告與主張、媒體關係、財務溝通,社團關係與公司善舉、政府關係、危機溝通,同時還能有效地實現公司內部的溝通,如:文化建構雇員關係。 4. 學生須掌握口頭展示這一至關重要的溝通途徑,並通過大量訓練達到熟練運用。 總之,本課最終理應做到的是,能培養出學員對理性溝通的意志,對有關理性溝通之知識的渴望,能促使學員不斷因地制宜地思考和研磨具體操作方法,能激發出學員對其他語言和文化,尤其是英語及其文化的興趣。 Three topics that will be covered in this course are: 1.
