非同步遠距【課堂錄影或錄製數位教材放置網路供學生可非同時進行線上學習,得採EverCam、PPT簡報錄影、錄音方式進行】
實作類課程,經評估無法採遠距課程教學,後續復課後密集補課

課程大綱 Course syllabus

1. This course is practices-oriented. It intends to help students understand the modern issues and practices of human resource management (HRM) in current business. Students need to organize, interpret, and present the data and information they collect in order to more completely probe some new concepts or practices. Students also need to conduct field study or in-depth interview to realize the rationale of HRM practices.
2. This course will only accept the enrollments of approximate 20 students, who then will be divided into 4-5 groups. As a results, students are highly encouraged to attend the first class on March 3rd.


課程目標 Objectives

         1. To close the gaps between class lectures and business practices.
2. To increase students’ knowledge of up-to-date HRM practices.
3. To understand and review real HRM practices.
