課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程主要以全球化趨勢為縱深、地方化實踐為經緯,藉由不同的規劃尺度,回應全球化趨勢及永續發展要求,並解析地區治理的方向,內容包括:
1. 地區治理之基本理念;
2. 地區治理與地區發展—臺灣當前都市與鄉村的治理課題;
3. 地區治理與地區發展案例研析。
This is a place management case study course, including regional governance, urban and country development challenges, environmental changes, aging society, and local economy. Students are requested to read assigned materials before attending the class, and contribute during the class discussions.





課程目標 Objectives

         「全球思考,地方行動」為廿一世紀各地方面對全球化之發展趨勢下,在地區經營管理上應具備之重要視野,本課程係就地區經營的規劃邏輯,以相關理念介紹及研討,引領學生瞭解廿一世紀地區經營管理之內涵。
The primary learning objectives of this course is to better understand the advanced regional governance practices. The potentials of sustainable development techniques corresponding to SDGs will be discussed.
