The success of an organization depends greatly on the decisions of managers. This course introduces concepts, processes, and tools to improve decision making at the individual and organization level. It also discusses ethical decision making and strategic decision making for marketing, management and investment purposes.

課程目標 Objectives

         Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
1.Demonstrate an understanding of the decision making processes
2.Review relevant issues that are important to making business decisions
3.Use relevant information to support strategic decision making
4.Apply appropriate tools/techniques for strategic decision making

授課方式 Teaching methods

         Lectures, group discussions, in-class self reflection exercises, mini cases and video presentations. Field trips will be notified when necessary.
