課程目標 Objectives |
|
The goal of this course is to examine ongoing and emerging controversies concerning those topics such as the leader’s character, responsibility management, labor rights, stakeholder value, environmentalism, and the globalization of the economy. Students should be able to do the followings after completing the requirements of this course: -Understand the techniques of moral reasoning to analyze moral issues in business -Evaluate the actions in business within a variety of moral frameworks -Apply general ethical principles to management practices in business -Critically evaluate the comparative effectiveness of different business situations -Describe morally problematic actions of either individuals in business or particular firms -Understand the current and pressing moral issues in business decision makings -Discuss the leadership issues inherent in the rapid changes in business - Learn how responses to ethical challenges were translated into CSR practices
