課程目標 Objectives

         本課程將從研究個體、團體以及組織結構等對組織成員行為所產生的影響,並應用這些知識來提高組織效能以及預測個體之行為
This course will be studying how individual, group and organizational structure influence the behavior of members in the organization, and improve organizational effectiveness and predict individual behavior with the knowledge.

This course includes lecture, case study, group discussion, group presentation, and class discussion.
