主要針對報償的前因後果與新興議題進行探討,包括給付的決定因素、吸引與留才、報償態度、激勵與動機、報償策略與組織績效、工作本質改變對報償設計與執行的影響、報償中的心理契約、報償的風險、高階經理人的報償、報償委員會的運作等,一方面增進修習者對報償管理的瞭解與掌握,一方面協助修習者思索未來進行研究或博士論文的可能方向。 The focus of this course is on the cause and effect of compensation and emerging issues, including the determinants of payment, attraction and retention, compensation attitude, incentives and motivation, compensation strategy and organizational performance, the impact of changes in the nature of work on compensation design and execution, psychological contract in compensation, the risk of compensation, the compensation of top-level managers, and the operation of the compensation committee.
課程目標 Objectives
一方面增進修習者對報償管理的瞭解與掌握,一方面協助修習者思索未來進行研究或論文的可能方向 This course, on the one hand, enhances the students’ understanding and mastery of compensation management, and on the other hand assists students in thinking about the future direction of research or thesis.
