回顧過去組織理論的發展,並藉由個案研討,加強學生對課程的認識與了解。
Based on reviewing the development of organization theories, the course will improve the knowledge and understanding of the course through case study.



課程目標 Objectives

         課程目標著重在各項組織發展技能,尤其如何面對組織變革等議題,課程中將採用個案研討,使學生同時理解理論與實務應用。
The course emphasize on the skill of organization development, especially the organizational change. Through case study students can realize both in theory and practice application
