課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程分兩部分：
1.針對法律在企業決策管理中的角色與功能進行研討
2.透過主題式的探討文獻、實際個案，讓同學具備處理實際公共事務議題的能力
This is a business law and public policy case study course, including related business laws, dimensions of public policy, and corporate social responsibility. Students are requested to read assigned materials before attending the class, and contribute during the class discussions.

課程目標 Objectives

1. 使學員清楚了解經營企業所需面對之各種法律責任與風險，並預先作好安排，懂得避開並控管好各種風險
2. 使學員瞭解掌握目前國內刑事偵審制度之架構、職權及運作情形
3. 公共事務之理念、緣起、現況、案例、與展望
The primary learning objectives of this course is to better understand the business law, public policy, corporate social responsibility and related public affairs. The potentials of ESG(Environment. Social Responsibility, and Governance) techniques corresponding to SDGs will be discussed.
