Today’s enterprises are facing a changing environment and pressure, especially after the global financial crisis in 2008. The global economic situation has been changing, the European sovereign debt threatens the stability of Euro Zone. Enterprises must adapt to the changing environment to sustain business development. It is essential to actively seek changes in order to take the lead. Thus, technology innovation, management innovation, product innovation, or organization innovation are increasingly important. Innovation is guided by value enchantment, and such require innovation management.
Many EMBA courses are designed to teach students the theory and practice of innovation from different perspectives. This course is divided into four sections, including enterprise innovation, enterprise innovative strategy, and organization, enterprise innovative technology and management, and enterprise innovation operation and management. Students are highly encouraged to participate in in-class discussions under instructions given by the instructor and complete individual or group assignments.
今天的企業,面臨著多變的環境和壓力,尤其是2008年美國華爾街掀起全球金融危機之後,世界經濟格局動盪不定,歐洲主權債務嚴重威脅歐元區的生存。適者生存的法則,要求企業必須適應環境才能持續發展。但是,被動的適應對現代企業來說,已經不能產生有效的作用,必須積極主動地尋求變革才能突破框架、獨佔鰲頭。這就是創新,技術的或管理的創新、產品的或組織的創新,的重要性。創新以價值提升為導向,而這就需要創新管理。現代企業的領導人,如果不懂創新和創新管理,就是不懂企業生存法則,也不懂得企業發展。
EMBA教育的許多課程都是為了傳播創新理論與實務,只是視角不同;慢慢品味的話,就能感覺。 本課程分別講述和研討四個部分的內容:企業創新導論、企業創新策略與組織體系、企業技術創新與管理、企業運營創新與管理。這些單元都包含基本觀念的討論,但也會輔助一些實際案例。在教學過程中,每位學員必須根據任課教師的安排積極參與課堂研討,並完成個人作業或小組作業。

課程目標 Objectives

         1. This course is designed to help EMBA students to master the core content of innovation management and the fundamental concepts of innovative management.
2. This course is designed to help EMBA students to expand their strategic visions and knowledge to deliver effective strategies from the macro perspectives.
一、培養EMBA學員掌握創新管理的核心內容和創新管理的基本理念,學會使用創新管理的基本理論與分析方法,能夠較為熟練地運用創新管理的理論和方法分析一個企業的現狀,發現問題並提出解決的思路或辦法。
二、培養EMBA學員具備策略性和全方位的視野,學會從全局的角度去觀察和分析宏觀和微觀的現象,瞭解當前議題的核心,為企業擬訂積極有效的創新管理活動與決策。
