課程大綱 Course syllabus

This course will focus on the theoretical foundation of strategic human resource management and its practical implications.

課程目標 Objectives

         The primary objectives of the course are to provide participants with a comprehensive knowledge of strategic human resource management (SHRM). Basic concepts and frameworks of strategic thinking will be introduced. Theoretical foundations of SHRM and their implications to business practices will be discussed. A typical set of SHRM practices will be explored as well. On top of traditional lectures, case method will be applied simultaneously. In a nutshell, this course hopes to equip participants as potential front-edged SHRM professionals.

授課方式 Teaching methods

         This course will center on issue/case discussions and lectures. Participants’ active engagements are encouraged and expected.
