社群媒體的出現使得一般使用者得以自行產生資料(UGC)，而它的風行也使UGC的資料量呈指數成長，並具有高度的價值，透過對於這些資料之擷取、審視和妥為分析，可以對於社會現象、政策效益和商業運作有即時的了解並作出正確的決策。UGC的資料類型主要分成兩類: 文字資料和網絡資料，本課程將介紹這兩類資料的分析。

課程目標 Objectives

透過本課程，學生將可以
1. 了解那些UGC0資料分析可以達成何種效益
2. 學會如何使用資訊工具來擷取和處理UGC
3. 學會如何分析UGC
4. 學會應用UGC分析技術於商業、政治和社會領域
