組織中人力資源管理的成效會受到成員的態度與感受之重大影響,如何掌握員工的心理層面將是影響企業人力資源管理成敗的重要因素之一。


課程目標 Objectives

         本課程主要提供人力資源管理各面向中有關成員心理層面的理論知識與新近發展,藉以協助修習學生獲取相關的知識理論與思考可能的研究題目。
