本課程將探討金融機構與市場（包括股票市場、固定收益市場、衍生性金融商品市場、外匯市場等）與金融商品之管理，內容包括金融機構目標、風險與報酬率之平衡、有價證券理論價格如何決定、各種金融商品之介紹與理論、金融市場交易機制與成本、風險管理與控制等。
