課程目標 Objectives |
|
1. 引導同學熟悉性別與管理領域的基本課題與概念。 2. 培力學生對於性別與多元化平等的思辨能力。 3. 發展有關當代女性領導人的個案。 4. 提出改善領導能力的行動計畫 1. Familiarize students with emerging gender issues in organizations and management. 2. Equip students with critical thinking capacity about gender equality. 3. Using the “case studies” of current and contemporary women leaders, students will then apply the Case Method approach to learning from these leaders. 4. Students will develop a list of their strengths and identify areas for improvement and create an action plan for leadership.
