課程目標 Objectives |
|
Upon completing this course, students will be prepared to: • Demonstrate an understanding of the system of long-term care services and how it has been shaped by historical, political, demographic and economic factors; • Compare the long-term care system in Taiwan with systems in other parts of the world; • Analyze the variety of long-term care services available for people of different ages: • Describe and differentiate the various “facilities” that combine housing and services for older adults; and • Understand management issues for long term care • Identify and analyze ethical values and legal issues related to many long-term care issues.
