Engaging and entertaining in equal measure, this course is about work, the people who do it and the way they are managed (and mismanaged). Raising issues that are often neglected in typical IHRM texts, such as work intensification and unemployment, the course explores the realities of work, workers, and the communities that are affected by HRM policy and practice across borders.

課程目標 Objectives

The course draws on current research to provide a reflective overview of the key debates in IHRM today.

授課方式 Teaching methods

The course will combine short lectures based on real-life cases, key debates in IHRM news and research, as well as documentaries, group activities and presentations.
