課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程將對金融工具及投資分析的理論與實務做系統性的講解，並進行個案分析討論，主要的內容包括：金融工具與金融市場、風險及報酬、效率市場、股價分析、債券分析、衍生性金融商品、投資組合管理等主題。

課程目標 Objectives

本課程的主要目的在於使修習課程者對金融市場及投資活動具有完整的觀念，奠定其專業學習及實務的基礎，強調投資分析之理解與實務應用。

授課方式 Teaching methods

講授、討論、投資個案分析、模擬投資競賽。
本課堂禁止使用筆電及手機等用品。
為維護授課品質，本課程禁止旁聽。

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference

1.課堂參與(無故缺席者加重扣分)：30%
2.報告、作業、考試(缺交及遲交加重扣分)：70%
